The TITAN Story

What started in 2012 as a conviction that verification and validation should be simpler has grown into a platform trusted by testing teams across industries worldwide.

TITAN by 12th Wonder was founded with a clear belief: that labs running on disconnected systems, multiple homegrown applications stitched together and siloed processes that blocked the free flow of information between groups deserved something fundamentally better. Teams were managing testing across multiple domains and the test results were all shared. There was no integration with existing enterprise applications which resulted in the increased cost of ownership while managing multiple tools, stand alone databases. Testing teams of engineers, technicians, schedulers and managers alike, were working with tools that were never tailor-made for lab operations. There was no unified visibility, no easy way to know what needed to be done, by whom and when. We empathized with that reality and set out to change it.

The answer was a rethinking of what enterprise tools for testing could feel like user-friendly, intuitive and built so that whatever your role, the information you need is always at your fingertips.

That conviction became TITAN TLM.

From our first deployments in automotive testing labs to today's multi-industry rollouts spanning aviation, railways, marine, defense, consumer electronics and beyond, TITAN has grown into a proven solution used by OEMs, TIC labs, component manufacturers and proving grounds globally. Our team of engineers, data scientists and domain specialists continues to push boundaries building tools that are as intuitive as they are powerful.

The Beginning

Our founders, engineers by training, builders by nature kept hitting the same wall. The tools available for managing hardware testing were a patchwork of spreadsheets, siloed systems and manual workarounds. Something had to give. So they built it themselves.

CEO

Ajay brings over two decades of experience in software development and consulting across Finance, Securities, Invoice Processing, and Project and Resource Management. He leads TITAN by 12th Wonder with a focus on building technology that solves real operational challenges in a simple and practical way. Outside of work, enjoys gardening and loves spending time outdoors hiking and camping.

Neerav Singh

Director - Sales & Marketing

Neerav leads the go-to-market engine at 12th Wonder, translating the TITAN story into clear, compelling value for customers across industries. With 13.5 years of experience in the Transportation & Mobility domain, he brings a sharp instinct and a builder's mindset to everything he touches. He is the ear & eyes in terms of customer feedback and new features to bring in for TITAN. Pull him away from a customer conversation and he's embracing fatherhood, playing cricket on Sundays and pushing himself as a new running enthusiast with a marathon in sight.

Nitu Singh

VP, Business Development & Customer Success

Nitu is the person customers call when they need something done. With 20+ years across Japan and North America, she turns first handshakes into decade-long partnerships, leading digital transformation and helping top companies adopt secure, scalable platforms. She oversees business growth and the post-sale journey, ensuring every customer gets maximum value from TITAN. Outside work, she serves as President of the Rotary Club of Mountain House and loves traveling the globe, connecting cultures, ideas and people.

Joseph Kanon

VP Engineering

Joseph sets the technical direction for TITAN and leads the engineering team that builds it. He brings rigor, curiosity and high standards to every release, shipping things the whole team is proud to put their name on. That same energy follows him outside work, where he contributes to open source projects and mentors college students stepping into their careers.

Rekha Padmanabhan

Product Manager

Rekha guides the strategic evolution of TITAN. She champions the voice of the customer, aligning user needs, business objectives and industry insights to shape product direction and deliver meaningful outcomes. Outside of work, Rekha enjoys pottery, sketching ideas and exploring new cuisines and diverse food experiences.

Atul keeps the engineering team moving with clarity and purpose. With an experience of over 12 years, He's as focused on the people doing the building as he is on what gets built, ensuring quality, delivery and team growth all move forward together. He leads with patience, precision and a high bar for craft. Outside work he generally likes music, travelling, playing badminton and meditation.

Mohsin Idrees

TITAN Architect

Mohsin is the structural mind behind TITAN's technical foundation. With 10+ years of experience in software development specializing in .NET architecture, enterprise systems and high-performance scalable platforms, he shapes the core architecture that powers TITAN, ensuring it scales, performs and evolves to meet the demands of the world's most rigorous testing environments. When he's not deep in architecture decisions, you'll find him on the cricket ground, catching a good film or out exploring new destinations.

Satoko Haga

Regional Sales Lead, Japan

Satoko is 12th Wonder's bridge to the Japanese market, bringing TITAN's capabilities to one of the world's most quality-driven engineering communities. Based in Japan, she combines deep local market knowledge with a genuine passion for helping customers find solutions that work. When she's not building customer relationships, Satoko spends her days off relaxing with her four cats, going for leisurely drives, strolling beneath Japan's breathtaking cherry blossoms and taking lessons in traditional Japanese flower arrangement.

Marketing HEAD

Manoranjan brings over 10 years of experience in technology marketing and shapes how the world sees 12th Wonder. From campaigns to content, he ensures TITAN shows up consistently and credibly turning complex ideas into stories that resonate.
